Kelloggs Special K Bars

Special K Bars are an excellent snack especially if you are looking to lose weight. Using them as a substitute for chocolate and any other snacks I have managed to lose 2 stones! The bar is not a replacement for the cereal but handy for as low calorie snack and also for people who have missed breakfast and need a quick burst to fight those hunger pangs. THE TASTE: I cannot get over how delicious these bars are. It helps that I already like the cereal and I have a soft spot for sugar! Kellogg's Special K are one of the most well known cereal brands to name and have many different Cereals, Cereal Bars Etc. I have been a big lover of Special K since I started to eat Healthily 2 years ago and cant praise them enough on how Enjoyable and Nutritious their food products are. You get 5 bars in a box and they can be easily purchased from your local supermarket.They aSpecial K cereal bars are probably the best one I have tasted. They are full of flavour, they contain oats and special k flakes and the original flavour has cranberries in them, but you can also get ones with different fruits but I find these abit sweet. They have a chewy texture and coated with yoghurt. These bars are not dry like some cereal bars. They are slightly bigger than most other cereal bars. Some time ago, I quit smoking. This has been good for my health - mostly. Where my health has suffered, however, is weightwise. Not unusually, I've put on weight. Actually, the weight gain started years ago, but was slow - until around 18 months ago. This would all be relevant were I reviewing this Kellogg's Special K Bar because I was on a diet.
