Advantages: Great for sweet toothed dieter's and keeping hunger at bay

Kellogg's Special K are one of the most well known cereal brands to name and have many different Cereals, Cereal Bars Etc. I have been a big lover of Special K since I started to eat Healthily 2 years ago and cant praise them enough on how Enjoyable and Nutritious their food products are.

The Kellogg's Special K cereal bars come in lots of different flavours Eg Chocolate chip, yogurt and a few more and all of them taste extremely delicious I have tried all of them but my favourite has to be the Special K Raspberry and Chocolate bliss bars at less then 90 Calories a bar (yummy).

The Bliss range at the moment currently only do 2 flavours, Raspberry and Chocolate, And Orange and Chocolate which are both equally as delicious as each other and at a price of £2.75 a box they are slightly more money than the normal Special K bars, Although at the moment have been reduced to special offer in Woolworth's for £1.

Each box of Special K Bars contain 6 nicely wrapped bars, So If In a rush one morning to Work one can easily be popped Into your Bag/Handbag.

The Special K Bars are very Mouth watering and have a lot of taste and flavour, The cereal melts in your mouth and Is so tasty, Normally with a low fat version of a certain food you'll find that the flavour just isn't like the full fat versions which Can be a Big problem with Dieter's, But the Special K Bars are just bursting with flavour and actually put the Snack Attack monster at bay for a good while lol.

I enjoy the Special K Bars very much and always make sure I have a box handy In the kitchen for when I'm feeling like snacking, And With there being a few different flavours I like to have a change every now and again which Is a big help as I tend to get bored with the same food and prefer to have variety which keeps me going on my healthy Eating quest.

The Special K Bars have been a God send (literally) And have really helped me lose weight and quit the Snacking I was well known for before I tried them, I would suggest them to anybody who Is trying to cut out the Junk food, Stop Snacking and Is Aiming on losing a few pounds.

These Bars are also great for sweet toothed dieter's as the range of flavours are very sweet and full of delicious flavour.
