Advantages: Low calorie, low fat, tasty
Disadvantages: None
For a tasty, healthy, low calorie and low fat snack, why not give the Kellogg's Special K cereal bars a try.
===About the Bars===
These tasty little snacks come in a variety of flavours - Original (with Strawberry), Apple and Pear, Chocolate, and Peach and Apricot. The ones with fruit pieces in them all come with a drizzling of yoghurt across the top whilst the chocolate one comes with an abundance of chocolate chips. They are sold in a box of 6 for £1.95 or I have seen individual ones sold in various shops such as Woolworths and W.H.Smith (don't know how much they are individually). Compared to some cereal bars I find them quite a good size and at only 90 kcals per bar are a good way to fill up in between meals.

These bars are made mainly from the rice and wheat flakes, which make up Special K with a variety of fruit bits, chocolate and yoghurt added, depending on the variety you choose. All have added calcium and vitamins.
===My Views===
I find these bars a great way for either myself, my hubby or my kids to fill up in between meals as we all love them. I don't really encourage the kids to eat between meals but if they are going to I would prefer them to have a cereal bar rather than a chocolate biscuit.
These bars have crispy flakes but at the same time are quite chewy and easy to eat. I find all flavours very satisfying and very full of flavour. All the fruit flavours have plenty of fruit pieces through the flakes and a generous topping of yoghurt to sweeten the top. The chocolate one has amply chocolate chips through the flakes. All in all a perfect healthy, little snack.
