Advantages: low in calories, chewy, tasty

You get 5 bars in a box and they can be easily purchased from your local supermarket.They aSpecial K cereal bars are probably the best one I have tasted.
They are full of flavour, they contain oats and special k flakes and the original flavour has cranberries in them, but you can also get ones with different fruits but I find these abit sweet. They have a chewy texture and coated with yoghurt. These bars are not dry like some cereal bars.
They are slightly bigger than most other cereal bars.
These bars are a great snack and help keep you going but I would'nt recommend you ave just one of these as a meal as it won't fill you up. It is good accompanied with some fruit or a yoghurt especially for breakfast.re quite expensive compared to most other brands but are worth it because they taste better than other bars and are low in fat so they are good if you are dieting. They cost from £1.79 + depending where you buy them. Some shops sell them individually for about 40p each. Most supermarkets have these bars on offer at some point.
These are worth a try especially if you have a hectic lifestyle and are always on the go.
