They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I couldn't agree more. When I have had a good breakfast, I find that I have more energy and can concentrate much better at work which is why I very rarely skip this meal. I have been eating healthily now for over 2 years as you all probably no and as any person maintaining an healthy diet knows Breakfast Is the most important meal of the day, Is proven to keep people more alert and active and kick starts you Metabolism. This has been my regular breakfast cereal recently, taking over top spot from Kellogg's Fruit and Fibre. I decided to change as I was getting a bit fed up having currents with my breakfast everyday. Kellogg's Special K is promoted as "deliciously crunchy multi-grain flakes made with rice and wheat". It's a ready to eat cereal that requires no cooking, you just add milk. As I?ve probably mentioned? oooh, at least a hundred times, I am on a mad healthy eating mission. I?m eating copious amounts of fruit and veg, drinking the recommended 2 litres of water a day and exercising like it?s illegal. Yes, ladies and gents, I?m trying to lose weight. So, cereal is never going to be the most interesting thing in the world to review, but please bear with me, I'm going to do my best! I really struggle to eat breakfast, and I always have done. Eating before 11 o'clock is an issue for me and just doesn't seem natural.
