Advantages: Really does keep you full for longer and has many different choices

Disadvantages: Can be a bit on the chewy side for some

I have been eating healthily now for over 2 years as you all probably no and as any person maintaining an healthy diet knows Breakfast Is the most important meal of the day, Is proven to keep people more alert and active and kick starts you Metabolism. (which is in my books definitely a good thing)

Well I've tried many different Cereals and other Recipes for low fat breakfasts and none of them have ever really kept me satisfied for a decent enough period of time and some have just been plain disgusting and tasteless so I was really pleased when I came across Kellogg's Special K cereal in an assortment of many flavours and I suppose not to bad a price I snapped 2 box's up at £2.75 a box to try when i got home.

The box's I first ever tried where Special K, And Special K Peach and Apricot but there are many more EG Special k red Berry's Special k Purple Berry's Special K sustain (This is the more resent brand they've brought out) Special K bliss red Berries with Chocolate and yogurt cereal clusters there are a few more to name but here are a few anyway.

Now there where plenty of choices with Special K and iv tried them all, There all as delicious as each other but my favourite has to be the Special K Peach and Apricots cereal its absolutely divine and I have a bowl most mornings as it really does keep me going till dinner time.

The Cereal Is Lovely and has a sweet taste with the dried peaches and apricots, My friend her self does not like the Cereal as she believes it to be more like chewing cardboard and has no taste so doesn't satisfy her, So I guess It depends what the person eating the cereal thinks and that This can be a problem with some people.

Overall this Cereal Is In my view very tasty and very filling which is an important thing as it helps stop snacking and picking at food up to lunch, At the moment Special K is on offer at Tescos at 2 box's for £2.75 so its basically 2 for 1.

And if like my friend you don't enjoy the cereal there are so many flavours I suggest you try a few different ones before you give up entirely as the not all the Special K cereals have the same taste or texture and some are definitely more enjoyable then others.

Thank you for reading this review i hope its been helpful to you please feel free to leave a comment.
