... public power over ruled them. And that's a relief so we still have coco pops today. The cereal itself looks the same as rice krispies but brown in colour. The rice is light and puffy, and you get a real chocolaty smell when opening the packet and pouring them into a bowl. One thing I have noticed is that you seem to use quite a lot of cereal to fill a bowl. I don't know if that makes me greedy or I have a big bowl? As soon as you add milk it instantly turns a light brown colour, not only this but the chocolate flavour...more

Although i love chocolate i dont realy like a strong taste of coco powder so i didnt think i would like these coco pops. I brought a box of these from morrisons for my daughters as they love chocolate and cereal so i thought this would be an ideal combination for breakfast for them and i was right they loved them. Wholst wandering around my kitchen looking for something to munch but not realy in the mood for cooking i spotted these in the cupboard and decided to try them. I poured some cereal into a bowl and added milk, the milk began to turn a chocolate colour almost immediatly, I was very hesitant over the first mouth full as i didnt ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Id Rather have a bowl of coco pops! (169 words)

Its a great cereal, comes in a huge box of 600g (around £2.50) Takes about 2 week to finish it! My 1 year old niece loves the stuff but makes a mess when she crumbles it everywhere. Its obviously best with milk, turns the milk chocolaty within 5 seconds. Smell - sort of smells like cocoa chocolate, and its a great smell. You get tempted to fill loads of coco pops in you cereal bowl, this often causes milk to spill! Taste is great, its best eaten immediately, not nice when its soggy, good when its crunchy, and as its fried rice it also goes snap, crackle and pop in the milk! Its very nice, great for breakfast and after ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kellogg's Coco Pops: Top of the pops (195 words)

Ive been eating coco pops for years. Seeing as I am in my 20's now and i am still eating them, i can say that with honesty. And i am still not bored of them. I remeber when i was little and i used to get all sorts of cerial just to get the toy inside. My dad was never very happy with that as he was the one who used to end up eating them all. However i always enjoyed Coco Puffs. That was one that i did eat all of. Though sometimes i would get another pack even before i had finished the last (just to get another toy) Now i no longer buy the actual branded one, but go for the shop own-brand. Theres no difference but in the price and lack of ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Coco pops and milk make a bowl full of fun. (347 words)

Kellogg's coco pops have been around for many a year. They have also had the same colour box and character too. Which as you can see is a bright yellow box, which grabs your attention extremely well and immediately. Not only this but the monkey character, named coco takes up a large area on the box front too, just below the cereal name. The Kellogg's logo is also present in bright red dead centre at the top of the box. They did once try to change the name of coco pops but failed miserably as public power over ruled them. And that's a relief so we still have coco pops today. The cereal itself looks the same as rice krispies but brown in colour. The ...  Read the complete review

Lately I have got really bored eating the same old cereals so I've branched out and been indulging in different one's of late. I love sweet cereals and particularly choccy one's that don't taste healthy but usually are lol. The Packaging: Well these come in 2 sizes that I have seen and that is a box of 375g (usually retailing at around £2.39 a box) and 600g box size (retailing at about £3.03 a box) and I have seen them in multi packs of cereals in 30g servings. Whichever way you buy a box they are all visually the same it's only the size that's different of course. So the box is squarish and bright yellow and on the front there is a ...  Read the complete review
