Advantages: low fat
Disadvantages: Bit sweet
I usually eat some form of special K cereal for my breakfast, I have tried many. This one the Kellogg's Special K Bliss Berry Crunch is one.
This cereal comes in a sealed bag inside a card box this bag when opened will keep the cereal fresh id f you turn the top of the bag over. However I usually put my ce4real in a container and mix it with a cheaper packet bran flakes .
The box contains 375g of Special K Bliss Berry Crunch Price at Tesco today is £2.88.
From the Better For You Cereals shelf - see whole shelf
I find this works well keeping the special k fruit and clusters in my bowl full and the crunchy flakes and a few of the crunchy plainer less sweet bran flakes.
The flakes are a mottled brown colour, crispy and crunchy rough textured. I usually eat my cereal without milk I will sometimes add yoghurt to my cereal . This is really tasty.
The Kellogg's Special K Bliss Berry Crunch flakes are made of rice and wheat with vanilla flavour cereal clusters there are freeze dried cranberry & raspberry pieces too. I find the mix of these quite good, not many freeze dried fruits really but just enough. These fruits are quite hard and do not really contain a lot of flavour .
Do read the ingredient list if you are allergic to anything they contain wheat, barley, milk products. In a 30g serving there are 173 calories.
Overall I find eating this cereal a pleasant experience I like the flavour a malt one with the added creamy flavour
Summary: A breakfast cereal with freeze dried fruit
