Kinder Chocolate is the nicest most milky chocolate I have ever tasted, and its cheap to buy too. It is a milk chocolate bar with a lovely milk filling and comes in a small little bar so is a great little pick me up when you are in the mood for snacking on some chocolate.

The bars taste lovely and creamy and smooth, each little 12.5g bar is wrapped individually, making them perfect for a little snack on the go.

I bought a packet of 8 of these for £1.60, which is 100g worth, I am sure that you can get cheaper than this though because I bought them in Centra and Tescos is generally cheaper than Centre. You can also buy single bars for 36p and packs of 16 for £2.40, which for a lovely little chocolate bar is decent to pay.

Kinder Chocolate select the milk that they put into their chocolate bars with great care so there is no need to worry about the different health issues that can some times occur with milk.

The nutritional facts:
Per 12.5g bar
70 calories
1.3g protein
6.5g carbohydrate
4.3g fat
40g calcium
0.1g vit b12
0.05g vit b2 (riboflavin)
33g phosphorous

As you can see the facts arent too bad with these chocolate bars, they are maybe a bit high in fat and carbohydrates for a 12.5g bar, however you have to consider the fact that they are made with milk, and they are full of calcium, so at least you can sugar coat (excuse the pun) your reasons for having one.

Overall I think that these are a great little treat, and they are small little bars so you know that you wont binge eat on them, as long as your not near to the packet. They taste lovely and milky and are decently priced, what more can you ask for if your a milk chocolate fan, I think that they are perfect for those long days and you just need that sugar boost.
