A little treat for sweet cravers (Kinder Chocolate)

Advantages: Sweet, creamy, satisfying

Disadvantages: Too small, high calorie

I have so far tried Kinder Eggs, Kinder Happy Hippos and Kinder Maxi bars. As I am now far too old to fully appreciate finding a toy in the middle of my chocolate, I have to say my favourite is the Kinder Maxi Bar.

I enjoy it most when I am craving something sweet, but not specifically chocolate. THis is due to the fact that it doesnt have that cocoa hit like most chocolate, as it has a much higher milk content. That being said, it is delicious, but just not in a chocolatey way. I would say that the milk is good for getting calcium into kids, but i'm sure the disadvantages of the fat, calories and additives probably out-weigh the calcium benefit!

THere is milk chocolate on the outside, with a layer of white chocolate underneath it (both layers are extremely thin), and then a creamy filling, which is a kind of white 'Nutella', but a bit thicker.

I can eat loads of these, and they are pretty tiny even though they are called 'maxi', so I dont feel too bad about it either!!

I think they are made for kids really, but nice if you are bored of regular chocolate.

Summary: Different, a once in a while treat
