Advantages: Great Taste Not too Expensive

Disadvantages: Not the healthiest treat around!

As a 29 year old woman I realise that Kinder Chocolate probably isnt designed or marketed at me but I am probably its biggest fan.

Forget Cadburys or Galaxy chocolate - this is the one for me!!! I love the gorgeous milk chocolate exterior surrounding the light creamy milk filling.

Kinder chocolate has come a long way since the days of just the Kinder egg. It is not available in packs of 16 mini bars, packs of 6 larger bars, Kinder hippos and Kinder Bueno bars (the latter two contain nuts).

Kinder eggs cost 48p from most large supermarket chains but are also available from pretty much every store/shop that sells chocolate but sometimes at a slightly higher price (around 52p).

The 16 bars are generally £1.44 and the 6 bars can generally be brought for £1.00. The 16 bars can be found on offer a lot of the time for £1.00 too.

The egg and bars are of the same recipe just different shapes (and obviously you get a free toy with the Kinder Egg but not with the bars). The Kinder Bueno is a chocolate wafer bar with a creamy hazelnut filling and and Hippos are of a similar recipe to the Bueno just in the more fun shape of a Hippo to appeal to younger children. The hippos are available in chocolate flavour too.

Not as fattening as some chocoalte and I find that my son still gets excitied at what toy he is likely to find inside his Kinder egg just like the advert of many years ago.

The taste is lovely and for a sweet treat you cant go wrong. Suitable for all ages even though its not aimed at adults - i love them!!!
