Kinderschokolade, as it's known to the Germans, is creamy, delicious chocolate. Kinder, although not a hugely popular choice for adult snacks, is a well-established manufacturer with a well-known range of products generally aimed at children. Kinder is a product of the Italian manufacturer Ferrero, so you'd expect quality products in their range. Kinder was established in 1956, and is probably most notorious for its overpriced surprise egg. Since that, the range has expanded slightly, with Maxi being released to offer the best of their creamy chocolate in a bar. I think the 'snack bars' that are described for this review are slightly smaller than ... Read the complete review

Kinder Mini Treats are a brilliant idea for giving to little ones as a treat. We eat far too much junk as a society in general, and I think it's important to limit the amount of chocolate we give to our kids. We don't want them ending up chocolate monsters like our generation have become after all. These Kinder Mini Treats cost £1.43 in Tesco for a packet of 16 bars. That works out at 9p per bar which is slightly expensive but still reasonable. These are frequently available on offer at £1 a packet which I think is a much more realistic price for these. Each little bar is individually wrapped in a foil wrapper that little hands will find ... Read the complete review

So when I was young, the kinder toys were a very fun time consuming little puzzle to assembly and sticker etc. But now I should have grown out of the little toys (note the SHOULD). Besides which chocolate eggs are not the simplest thing to shove in to a handbag and then eat discreetly Instead I have decided to graduate on to the snack bars. Which I am actually finding are rather a fab little snack. They come in multi packs of 16 which are about £1.50. Currently on offer for £1.00 at Tesco!!! The bars weigh 21g each and have small sections of chocolate. Each bar it divided in to 5. They are literally about 10cm long , 1cm deep and ... Read the complete review

I love kinder chocolate with is perfect combination of white on the inside coated with milk chocolate and used to get the eggs as a treat when I was younger - you know, the ones with the toy inside! When I was over in France recently I saw a multipack of 16 bars with each bar consisting of 4 chunks of white filling coated in milk chocolate. We bought them and shared them with the family throughout the trip and I missed them when I got home!! When I was shopping in Lidl for a few bits I came across these treats but in a 6 pack of 6 chunks for just 66p so thought they were great value and snapped them up. Both the white chocolate ... Kinder is mainly known for the chocolate eggs which contain a toy, they have been around for many many years and are still as popular as ever. I can across this multi pack on offer for £1 at my local tesco a couple of years back. My daughter was around 1 year old at the time and I was reluctant to let her try any type of sweets but thought we would give these a try. There are 16 bars in total each individually wrapped. The bars are very tiny but absolutely perfect for little hands, just the right amount of chocolate. Ok so if youre a little bit older than 1, you may need a few of these to satisfy you! The chocolate bars are milk ... Read the complete review
