I brought these Kingsmill Love To Toast Pancakes when they were on special offer last week, I can't remember the price of them now but I remember it was a good saving and I got some of their muffins too. The pancakes can be either eaten cold straight from the packet or toasted lightly to eat them hot. They're best hot I think with butter spread on the top because the butter soaks through lovely, you can add jam or syrup too but I prefer them as plain as possible because I love the taste of the pancakes. Kingsmill Love to toast Pancakes Description: Manufacturer: Kingsmill / Type: Bread I love this type of pancakes, there is something tasty and light about them that allows you to eat a few without feeling over full - maybe that isn't such a good thing! Kingsmills do these in a pack of 6 which costs around £1.20 from most shops. I recommend that you buy raspberry jam to go with them, and butter or spread. When I was a youngster I would only ever be given a choice of a couple of cereals for my breakfast, and a drink of juice. That isn't aiming any criticism at my parents but money was tight. They both worked and tried to give myself and my brother what they could. For this reason breakfast was probably not my favourite meal of the day. Roll on about 30 years and I now have 3 youngsters myself. I always like to make sure they go to school nice and full.
