Kit Kat Two finger Dark Chocolate Bar...
Now I am not usually one for dark chocolate but after buying these by mistake a few months back I have bought them a few times since on purpose.
Kit Kat Dark is basically two fingers of the crunchy wafer biscuit that we are used to with a standard Kit Kat but then dripped in wonderfully torte dark chocolate. With the dark chocolate bar you are getting as few less calories than the standard creamy milk chocolate Kit Kat Bar. At 106 calories for a two finger bar it is not an exceptionally bad treat.
I was able to pick up a multi-pack of these Dark Kit Kat's for 99 pence and I got six in the packet. Two fingers of course doesn't last long but I make sure I break the fingers apart and bite the wonderfully crispy chocolate off from the wafer and this means eating the bar takes longer than if I ate it the regular way.
The wafer inside seems to me crisper in the dark chocolate version rather than the standard milk chocolate but I may be wrong. It may seem this way because in general, dark chocolate is more solid than milk chocolate and this may have some effect on the texture of the wafer.
Overall though I can thoroughly RECOMMEND these dark chocolate Kit Kats as a bit of a change from eating the standard Kit Kat bars. A good 4 star rating is awarded in this case and I may have one before I go to bed. Diet starts in the morning (again).
Thanks for reading. I hope this has been of some help.
Summary: a great snack
