When it comes to selecting a delicious little snack, I often opt for a Kit Kat, and for this, there are many reasons! But when it comes to choosing which one in particular, the flavour, size and pleasure all come into consideration... -----HISTORY----- The original Kit Kat was created by Rowntrees, all the way down in York, in 1935, when it was given the name Chocolate Crisp. It went through various other names, such as Kit Kat Crisp, before settling on just 'Kit Kat' after the second world war. The first Kit Kat came in the four-finger range, providing that pleasant combination of chocolate and wafer. Over seventy years later, Kit Kats have sold ... Read the complete review

I am not really a chocolate fan, with one major exception. I am addicted to Kit Kat! There is something about those fingers of thick chocolate and crunchy chocolate filled wafers that I just can’t resist. The eye catching but rather boring red and white wrapper has been around since I was a child. In fact Kit Kat has been around since 1935. Launched by Rowntree (now Nestle Rowntree) Kit Kat started life as chocolate crisp. It was renamed 2 –years later as chocolate crisp Kit Kat. The name Kit Kat was taken from the famous 18th century Kit Kat political club. During the war Rowntree’s advertising campaign claimed that chocolate crisp was what ... Read the complete review

And don't forget your KitKat! Kit Kat is everybody's favourite snack treat from Nestle, I doubt there is one person on this earth who hasn't heard the timeless phrase, have a break, have a Kit Kat! Packaging The packaging it the iconic KitKat red, if you want a KitKat you will immediately be able to find it on the shelf, and even if youre just browsing the eye catching red design will no doubt suck you in! On the front of the wrapper we have the Nestle logo and in a white circle the words KitKat, the letter Ks being much larger than the other letters. There is also a KitKat finger which has been snapped in half revealing all its chocolatey goodness! On ... Read the complete review

KitKat is my favourite snack from Nestle; however I don't find the four finger bar as nice. It is quite unique and tastes great when dipped in coffee or tea. They have a good taste but I prefer the taste with the KitKat Chunkie or other varieties. ~~~~~~ The Look ~~~~~~ You cannot miss this on the shelf due to its attractive and eye-catching packaging! It comes in a bright red packet with a big oval shape on the front. Inside the oval is a white background with the KitKat logo printed in huge red letters to catch your eye. The Nestle logo is to the top of the packet. On the back, you will find all the nutritional information and ... Read the complete review

Nothing beats a good old cup of tea and a Kit Kat. Definitely one of my favourite biscuits, and believe me, I have alot of favourites! :) Part of the beauty of Kit Kats is that there are only 106 calories in two fingers, so its not actually that bad for you in comparison to other options. For example two fingers of the lovely Twix bar contain 306 calories! So you really are better off with a Kit Kat! Kit Kats are also available around the world and in the US they are marketed by the famous Hershey's brand. There have been a multitude of different varieties produced throught the years. The first was an orange flavoured version, following ... Read the complete review
