Advantages: Quite tasty, Unique, Nice flavour

Disadvantages: Pricey, Not so nice taste..?

KitKat is my favourite snack from Nestle; however I don't find the four finger bar as nice. It is quite unique and tastes great when dipped in coffee or tea. They have a good taste but I prefer the taste with the KitKat Chunkie or other varieties.

The Look
~~~~~~
You cannot miss this on the shelf due to its attractive and eye-catching packaging! It comes in a bright red packet with a big oval shape on the front. Inside the oval is a white background with the KitKat logo printed in huge red letters to catch your eye. The Nestle logo is to the top of the packet. On the back, you will find all the nutritional information and ingredients, which is clear and easy to read. To help you open the packet, the sides have a spiky look, which you can tear from. There is even a little arrow to show you where to tear! The bar itself is all joined together with four sticks. Each stick is rectangular but they do have a slight pyramid shape in the way they get a bit smaller towards the top. They also have a ridge at the bottom to give them a cooler look. Each stick has the KitKat logo on it in the middle, and they easily break away from each other as only a little bit of chocolate is holding them together. This way, you can eat them separately as fingers, just how you are supposed to.
The Taste
~~~~~~~

The last KitKat I had was actually rather disappointing taste-wise. It tasted ok, but nothing like the KitKat Chunkie bar I had. The chocolate consists of a wafer inside with chocolate surrounding it. I like to take apart each finger and eat it like that. It has a taste like a chocolate wafer biscuit, which doesn't make it that special in my opinion. I do remember having nicer ones, which were creamy and much tastier so I don't know if my last one was a one off! It had a lovely taste to it with the wafer biscuit inside mixing with the milk chocolate. You can also buy this bar in the following flavours:

White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Caramel Chocolate

There are even more too, and I have heard of a strawberry one although I don't think it has been released in the UK yet! The white chocolate one tastes very nice and much sweeter. I am not a fan of dark chocolate, but the dark chocolate one tastes good too! The caramel chocolate one is very nice but harder to buy.

Nutritional Information
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The actual bar weighs just 45g and isn't too bad for you. Mine contained 228kcal, which isn't bad at all compared to other chocolates. Considering a man's daily guideline amount for calories is around 2000, this is just a fraction. It does however contain 27.5g of carbohydrate, which is quite a bit as well as 11.7g of fat. This is for the standard milk chocolate bar, but the others may differ! There is also a two finger bar, which is basically the same but half the size of this standard one.
Price & Conclusion
~~~~~~~~~~~~

I bought my bar for 42p, which wasn't too bad. Depending on where you go, it can cost anything up to 60p if you buy it at a train station for example. The price isn't bad as it is quite tasty and filling. Overall, it is a good chocolate bar but I wouldn't recommend it over the KitKat Chunkie and other varieties. There are better chocolate bars out there, but this one is quite unique in shape and contents.

Thanks for reading,

Summary: A good chocolate bar that goes well with hot drinks too!
