Advantages: Low calories!!

Disadvantages: Too much wafer

Every thursday, I used to have a kit kat as part of my lunch and I did use to enjoy it greatly. 2 fingers of kit kat and a packet of crisps: yum.

That distinctive red paper wrapper with the big red and white 'kit kat' is very easy to spot on the supermarket aisle. Under that bright red paper packaging, you find two fingers wrapped in silver foil, to keep the freshness of the chocolate. Under a thin layer of chocolate is pure wafer.

The problem I have with the kit kat is that it doesn't satisfy my chocolate cravings as the chocolate to wafer ratio is too heavy on the wafer side, which I find slightly lacking in taste.

Available in two finger bars or four finger bars, I tend to go for the two finger option as that way I can have chocolate but still have a snack thats around the 100 calorie mark: a definite plus point, and why I do often go for the kit kat over other chocolatey treats.

Summary: 3/5
