Have a break- have a Kit Kat has got to be something that springs to mind when people think of Kit Kats. They are probably one of the most famous chocolate bars that comes from chocolate makers Nestle. They are the one chocolate I remember from childhood and years later I still buy a multipack of Kit Kats at least once a month with my shopping.

I really love to eat chocolate and like a chocolate bar to be full of chocolate and not simply wafer with a little coating of chocolate. My mind tells me I should not like Kit Kats but I absolutely love them.

Kit Kats can be bought either as a two finger bar or a four finger. You can buy them on their own or in a multipack. I tend to buy multipacks of four finger bars but thats only because two fingers of Kit Kats is never enough. If I'm buying them for my children I will buy two finger bars as I think they are a perfect size for kids.

A pack of 5 4 finger bars costs about £1.30 but the price will depend on the pack size you buy.

Kit Kats are about 3 inches long and 1 cm wide when broken into a single finger. You get 3 layers of wafer and a thin coating of Nestle chocolate. When you bite them they are nice and crispy, and you get an equal tase of the wafer and the chocolate.

I am not really a fan of Nestle chocolate but Kit Kats are an exception. My auntie works at the Nestle factory in Castleford and as a child I remember going to open days and eating lots of Nestle chocolate, maybe thats why I don't really like it.

A 4 finger bar weighs 45g and contains 228 calories and 11.7g of fat. Compared to other chocolate bars I don't think thats two bad, and if you're eating the 2 finger bar then you can half that, even better.

Kit Kats are just a really great snack, perfect for adults, perfect for children and a great way to have a break.

I must also add that since they have brought out Kit Kat Chunkys I seem to eat more of them than normal Kit Kats. A giant Kit Kat - what a fantastic idea!

Summary: Strange that I like them because as a rule I don't like wafer and I don't like Nestle chocolate.
