KitKat Fine Dark is the plain chocolate blend with over fifty per cent cocoa solids. It is a slightly chunkier size biscuit than the traditional Kit Kat snack and allows me to enjoy my favourite snack with a dark chocolate coating.

This classic British brand continues to be one of the most popular chocolate bars in the UK. It became a global brand when the Rowntree company was taken over by Nestlé. They continue to be made in the UK in York, and Nestlé has several production sites across Europe. There are now many varieties including the obnoxious peanut butter catastrophe. But the Fine Dark has potential. It is aimed at lovers of dark chocolate and comes in a Foil Fresh packaged 4 finger bar. I simply can't resist the rich bitter not-to-sweet chocolate which is a definite improvement on the milk chocolate variety.
