Advantages: Delicious taste, moreish, reasonably priced, great size for lunchboxes.

Disadvantages: None.

Have a break, have a KitKat! At least thats how the slogan goes.

You can purchase these as two fingers or four fingers but whichever size you purchase it is cheaper to buy them as a multipack makes each one that little bit cheaper (and means that there are more around the house should you get peckish!). 9 Packs of 2 fingers are currently £1.39 in Tesco with an individual 4 finger packet costing 44p and 8 packs of 4 fingers costing £2.09. This is fair reasonable for the nice snack but I always advise just stocking up when they are on offer. Kit Kats are the ideal snack for lunchboxes or just for a snack mid afternoon or whatever.

The KitKat is wrapped in foil for "extra crispiness" (so the packet tells me) and has a red, white & silver coer which has a tear here strip that you tear and it peels open a little line all along the packet.

Once opened you are met with 2 or 4 fingers (I had 4) of delicious KitKat goodness. Each finger is a crispy wafer finger covered in dark chocolate. I find these to be a lot more manageable than 4 fingers of the milk chocolate version as that is just too sweet for my tastebuds. The dark chocolate is indeed fine and the coating is just enough to tempt and tease my tastebuds without being overpowering.

I personally prefer to nibble around the edges of the chocolate first and then slowly bite my way through the layers of wafer until it's all gone! Yummy. Everyone has their own way of eating it and sometimes my way changes depending on my hunger/mood.

I find this just the right size for a dark chocolate hit, I like to have one during the day whilst I'm working as you can break the fingers up in to smaller pieces and then make it last that little bit longer and reward yourself for doing a review or a little job around the house or something!

The dark chocolate and the crunchy wafer are just the right balance to get that perfect crunch whilst enjoying the chocolate fix that I crave so much!

So go on, grab one, and have a break! You deserve it! I'm going to rate it 5/5 as it's simply delicious and I love this one even more than the milk chocolate version!

Summary: A fantastic snack for lunchboxes or just for yourself.

Think I prefer milk choc. to the dark stuff, but will have to check it out before I can confirm my preference - what a good excuse to buy a Kit Kat!! Thanks.
