Sugars are 2.9 grams and there is literally only trace fats included and a salt content of 0.3 grams too.
Ingredients include spirit vinegar, 11% tomato puree and lemon juice concentrate so you can tell this dressing has quite a kick to it!

It really should be my daughter reviewing this stuff as she simply adores it! 'Kraft Light Thousand Island Sauce' is a product I have been using for many a year rather than the full fat version of the original Thousand Island flavour. Being on a Weight Watchers diet, I have to watch every scrap of fatty foodstuffs I put into my body and let's face it creamy, rich sauces are one of the quickest ways to consume hidden calories?
