Premium Review Kraft Philadelphia Light: Full marks for less fat (375 words)

Kraft Philadelphia Light 300g - cost £1 on offer in my local Asda. Kraft Philadelphia Light Basically, this is a cream cheese which comes in a plastic tub. The tube is sealed with an inner foil lid and then has a plastic outer lid. This ensure that your cheese is as fresh as possible, and that it stays that way once you have opened it too. As the title implies, this is the light version of Philadelphia (it comes in various flavours and also 3 different fat contents. There is normal Philadelphia, light and also extra light). Obviously this means that it is better for you (see nutritional info below for more details) but I ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review PHILADELPHIA NOT NAUGHTY BUT VERY NICE!! (684 words)

Well as I'm trying to do healthy at the moment I decided to cut all Cheddar Cheese out and buy my favourite soft cheese Philadelphia in the light version. Now this comes in an oval tub, different from the one that is on the Dooyoo page. This tub is made from plastic and is the 300g family pack. It has the Kraft logo with Light Philadelphia written beneath it, with information on the lid and side of what each 30g serving contains and other bits of information. When pulling off the lid you will find that it is then sealed with a foil cover, you will not need a knife to open this part as it has a small grip that enables you to peel it back.On doing this you will ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kraft Philadelphia Light: Light on fat, light on taste (541 words)

Cheese, it is my downfall in life I reckon. I can cut out chocolate, beer, wine, crisps...but I find it impossible to say no to a bit of cheese on toast! That is why I have been looking at alternative choices when it comes to cheese, I know that cheese is almost pure fat, so it is good to have a look around for cheeses that offer the taste that I enjoy, with the calorie and fat content that will ensure I do not have a heart attack before I am 40! Philadelphia light is a soft cheese and on ethat many people I know swear by. I decided to give it a go in a snack pack as it was a new choice for me and I did not want to be landed with a tub ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Philly so Versatile!! (505 words)

I absolutely love cheese - I don't care what type I just love it I would eat it for breakfast, dinner, tea and dessert and would quite happily let it seap out of my pores lol .. no I'm joking that's vile! If ever I see cheese on offer I'm usually the first to buy it so when in Sainsburys I seen that Philadelphia was half price at just 75p for a 300g tub I could not walk past it without dunking one in my trolley. The tubs have changed quite a bit, looking more sleek and attractive in an silver oval shape with a flip off lid. Kraft Original Philadelphia or Kraft Light is what it says on the lid. 300g Family Pack - for 75p you can't go wrong! It says ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kraft Philadelphia Light: Light and creamy, almost dreamy! (250 words)

I am not a big dieting buff nor do I go out my way to buy good for you foods but if there is a product that tastes as good in the light version as it does in the standard then I will choose the lighter option. Not many products can say their lighter versions are as good as the original but Kraft Philadelphia can. Kraft Philadelphia which from here on in will be known as Philly, is a delicious cheese spread that tastes great and very creamy. I love it on sandwiches, crackers and I have even used it as a dip. A 300g tub costs around £1.60 but this will obviously vary from store to store, Asda have them on two for £2 from time to time ...  Read the complete review
