I often take a fancy for some soft cheese when I am making a snack or sandwich. I particularly enjoy a toasted baguette with soft cheese spread on top, served while the bread is still lovely and warm - this happens to be one of my favourite snacks and therefore a tub of soft cheese can usually be found in my fridge at all times! The Philadelphia original soft cheese is by far my favourite brand, although I find that the supermarket own-branded cheeses are still tasty enough, although are not quite of the same high quality that I have come to expect from Philadelphia. Philadelphia is a cheese spread that is made by Kraft. The tub seems to be new as it is oval shaped and coloured in silver with the PHiladephia logo on top along with informing me that it is the original Philadelphia and not one of the light varieties. I say that this is new because I have normally bought ones that come in a rectangular tub with a clear plastic lid. Inside the tub you will find it full of a light colour cream cheese, the smell is particularly nice reminding me of natural yogurt mixed with dairylea cheese but the odour is quite faint and you normally wouldn't get a whiff unless you want to.
