Lactofree Soft White Cheese

Having been using the lactofree milk with no side effects (I am lactose intolerant) the discovery of their soft cheese product was a most welcomed addition to the 'dairy' department of our local supermarket. This soft cheese steps beyond many of it's competitors in that it actually tastes good. **What is it?** Lactofree is a soft cheese that is said to be 99.9% lactose free, the sugar in milk that causes allergic reactions in many lactose intolerant people, including myself. Lactofree Soft White Cheese is pretty much normal soft white cheese but without the lactose that irritates us lactose intolerant people. Preferring rice milk, I've not yet been tempted by Lactofree milk, but was recently tempted by their semi hard cheese (which I have already reviewed ). It was so nice to be able to eat cheese again without the after effects. So when I heard that Lactofree (Arla) were doing a soft white cheese I wanted to try it.
