 ... salty so you get a delightful mix of sweet and savoury. The shell is very sweet so you need the salt to balance it out. I should imagine these are full of sugar, not to mention salt but they are very tasty. Just make sure you don't eat the whole bag to yourself. They are great at a party or to share when you have friends over. The packaging is yellow and very similar to Peanut M&Ms but also very eye catching so you can;t fail to notice them amoungst the other sweets in Lidl....more

I do quite a lot of my shoping in Lidl and find the shop and items to be great. The sweets in lidl are especially good. Although most are unknown brands, they taste great. One of my favourites are these Mister Choc Chocolate Peanuts. For 69p you get a large bag of delicous peanuts covered in a sugar shell. They are very similar to M&Ms expect they are about one third of the price! The chocolate in these are very good quality and the shell is crunchy. The peanuts are salty so you get a delightful mix of sweet and savoury. The shell is very sweet so you need the salt to balance it out. A few months back my other half returned from a shopping trip with a couple of packets of Mister Choc Chocolate Covered Peanuts. Apparently she had been wurst and cheese shopping trip with her mother to Lidls and she saw these and bought them on a whim since they were only 69p. In my experience Lidl has some real crap, I used to shop there when I was a student, and some really good stuff but it does take time to sort the proverbial wheat from the chaff and I could never be bothered to do it. ****Packaging**** The packet is bright yellow in colour and includes a picture of a heap of the chocolate covered peanuts.
