I discovered this lovely little ready meal on one of my rare trips to Sainsburys (although you can also get it in the Co-op) . I liked the look of it and at £2.49 I reckoned it was worth a gamble. You can find it in the frozen vegetarian food section. The box is purple and orange with a mouth-watering photograph of the tagine served on a bed of cous cous to entice you to buy it. It worked a treat on me! The tagine is made up of soya pieces, sweet fruits, lemon and chickpeas. There are only 286 calories per meal which surprised me as it filled me up when I ate it just on it's own. You could also serve it as on the pack with cous cous or it would make a ...
