I adore orange chocolate so after a good week at Weight Watchers decided to treat myself to a bar of Lindt Intense Orange chocolate, I'd seen it in Tesco lots of times but there was always something that appealed more so had overlooked it. Until this week that is, when a bar jumped into my trolley. As it was I forgot about it for a few days after my granddaughter gave me her cold and I lost all my tastebuds, but as soon as both senses of smell and taste returned I grabbed my bar and settled down with the choccy and a film. This is one of my all time favorites, the cover oozes class and dark pleasure with gold lettering on a black background, and a picture of a orange. And the bar itself more then delivers that promise of wicked delight made by a perfect match of flavors. The bar is made up of a smooth 70% chocolate outer shell, with the inside comprising of dark truffle mousse and bitter orange "jam". (made from orange juice and normal orange) The first bite is a pleasure, with the dark chocolate complimenting the orange tangyness, and leaving a delightful aftertaste in your mouth, and a smooth cocoa finish.
