I, like many, am a real chocaholic, I can't get enough of the stuff. I love milk chocolate most of all, in particular, the creamy taste of Galaxy. However, if I'm going to cook with chocolate I always go for plane. If you are going to use chocolate in cooking, avoid 'cooking chocolate', it tastes discusting before you use it, so it's hardly likely to taste much better in a recipe. The queen of all chocolates has to be Lindt. It has a high proportion of coco solids, and this is what you must look for when choosing a brand to cook with.
