 ... and the nuts are lovely and crunchy as well. I love how nutty the chocolate bar is, there are shedloads of hazelnuts in it and even by looking at the unwrapped bar I can count dozens of them. They are dead fresh and have a bit of a crunch as well as being nice and soft at the same time. The chocolate melts lovely in my mouth and it's loads better than other dark chocolate bars, it's creamy and smooth with a delish crunch which is thanks to the pieces of caramelised hazelnuts that I wasn't even expecting in the bar. ...more

This is one of my fave Lindt bars, the combination of dark chocolate and whole hazelnuts makes it a thicker bar than most of them from this range. The chocolate is absolutely delish, it's smooth and creamier than most dark chocolates. It's got a yummy bitter flavour to it but the hazelnuts also make it taste a bit sweeter than it would usually and the nuts are lovely and crunchy as well. I had been a bit disappointed with the Lindt bunny I ate but it gave me a real craving for a decent bar of Lindt chocolate so when I was in Woolworths today I brought a bar of Lindt Dark Hazelnut to share with my friend over a cup of tea. First let me get something straight and say if you like dark chocolate and nuts then you'll love this bar, if you do not like either then forget it. It comes in a smart Lindt package that always makes me feel like Charlie opening a Wonka bar because you have to open a card sleeve to get to the chocolate that is wrapped in luxurious silver foil.
