Personally I am a massive fan of Lindt chocolate anyway and always take the opportunity after easter and christmas of grabbing any I see that happens to be reduced because despite the fact I love it I do think its overpriced for what it is. Anyway, Lindor is a particular type of lindt product, they usually do the lindor range as balls which come individually wrapped in boxes of about 20 for around a fiver. For easter however they incorporate the lindor melting centre into an egg shape and today they had slashed the prices on them in my local tesco express and they were selling them for the crazy price of 20p each! So what could I do? It would be ... Read the complete review

My son has recently started walking round shops on reigns which is a very exciting experience for him but he does not understand that he can't just pick everything that attracts his attention off the shelf after all he watches mommy walking round the supermarket just grabbing stuff and putting it in the trolley so he is learning slowly. On Friday we went to Tesco express to just buy a couple of things. I paid then looked down at my son to see a half unwrapped Lindor egg which has been placed on a shelf at his standing height by the tills so I had to buy and egg for 61p. I didn't give it him so as not to confuse him further and so to recoup my loses and for ... Read the complete review

If you walk into any supermarket just now you will see that the shelves are lined with rows of Easter Treats (there's more Easter than Valentine's and that's sooner!). As well as the big Easter Eggs, and the fuzzy little easter chicks, there is a selection of smaller, snack-sized eggs available. I decided to buy a Creme Egg after not having had one in quite a while. While browsing the Easter section at Tesco, in hunt for my Egg, something else caught my eye. From a distance I could see this egg shape wrapped deliciously in a shiny red foil. There was gold writing on it but I couldn't quite make out what it was from where I was standing. I walked a little ... Read the complete review

I was lucky enough to be given a Lindt Lindor Egg last week and decided to eat it today as I felt with this cold weather that I needed a treat! I love the Lindor chocolate and was curious as to what this egg could offer me that would make it different from the Lindor I usually buy. The answer is that by making the Lindor egg shaped Lindt have changed the experience completely. The Lindor egg is more slimline than the more common Cream Egg and you have the milk chocolate one, which is what I am reviewing here, and also a dark version that I remember from last year being very tasty indeed. This milk chocolate one is absolutely delicious. ... Read the complete review

Am I alone in being slightly let down by this product? Let me explain. I am a huge fan of Lindt chocolate and particularly the milk Lindor truffles. It therefore made sense to me to try one of these as soon as I saw one. I picked it up, it felt good and weighty, I paid for it and unwrapped it. Sure enough the Lindt smell immediately hit me and I was salivating! Normally with a Lindor I put the whole thing in at once but this being a little larger demande a bite. I made sure that I had a combination of outer shell and inner delight but I couldn't help feeling disappointed. somehow the inner was not of the quality that I expected. Whether this is because of a higher ratio ... Read the complete review
