Advantages: taste like heaven

Disadvantages: can be sick if you eat too much

Lindor is a well established Swiss chocolate company who have invented the most delicious chocolate known to woman. I've always liked Lindor chocolate for its extra creamy smooth taste, then when i discovered the balls (truffles) my life hasn't been the same since!
They are ball shaped with an outer layer of their normal lindt chocolate, its whats inside that makes it special. It must be packed with milk and sugar but after you've eaten the outer layer, the chocolate inside melts on your tongue. I would describe it as nothing less than a magical experience.
I would recommend experimenting with the different tastes and textures by putting some in the fridge and keeping some warm. I prefer them warm so the centres are gooier (is that even a word??) but they taste just as good cold from the fridge.

As with all things new, i went a little over the top when i first discovered the balls. I know what i am about to say has the potential to ruin my reputation as a sane human being but its the internet so you can't see me! :)

I decided i needed something special to contain my lindt balls in the fridge and i came up with this idea:

You will need the following materials;

A balloon - or a condom in my case :-/ (unused)
Keep all of the individual wrappers from your balls (you'll probably need about 50-100 I didn't count)
Keep the box
Scissors
PVA glue
Paintbrush for PVA glue
Paper/magazine paper/newspaper

To prepare, cut up a few sheets of plain paper/magazine paper/newspaper into small strips.
Cut the lindt ball individual foil wrappers into strips - the middle bits which are predominantly red in one pile, the edges which are silver patterns in another pile, then disgard the crumpled transparent edges.
Blow up the balloon so that it is spherical as possible, and tie it up.
Use your paintbrush to cover the whole balloon in PVA glue.
Clench your fist and put it over the knot at the top so give you an idea of how much of a gap you should leave, then stick the paper/newspaper to the balloon making sure to cover the rest of the surface.
Wait overnight for it to dry (or use a hairdryer - on the cold setting)
Repeat the same process again about 5 times so that when it is dry it should be a rock solid ball.
Cover in PVA again.
Now use the foil wrappers that you had cut up earlier, the red bits in the middle, and the patterned bits in a circle around the top (near where the knot is) and a circle around the bottom.
Use a lindt ball as a guide to how it should look.
Allow to dry.
Now get the box (the packaging the balls come in) and cut out the large oval 'Lindor' logo on the front and stick it on.
Pop the balloon and it should come out easily.
Trim the edging at the top of what now should look like a giant lindt ball, to a size big enough to fit your hand in, and to make it look more presentable.
Fill with lots of lindt balls, put in the fridge and there you have it - your very own giant-lint-ball-lookylikey-Lindt-ball-container!! :)

I wish i could upload a picture!

BTW You can get them in big boxes for a reasonable price at costco - i will update this review with a price when i go there next)
