Calorie wise they contain 105 calories per 100g and a pot is 150g - not the lowest calorie option, but then it doesn't claim to be a low fat diet product. Fat is 4.1g but saturated fat is not listed seperately. It is a 'live' product and added ingredients are only unrefined cane sugar and raspberries (9%). They cost around 36p.

***Longley Farm Raspberry Yoghurt*** I feel more than qualified to write this review as I have been supporting this brand for more than 20 years!! I first ate this yoghurt when I used to have school dinners. My friends and I loved having this yoghurt with jelly and I remember seeing the empty pots on the side in the kitchen. Back then we were lucky in that if there were leftovers we got to have seconds too! Anyway when I grew up I remembered the distinctive taste and tried to buy them whenever I could.
