As I mentioned on a previous review of Lowell cheese, Lowell foods are Polish products exported to the USA for sale, they are made in Poland and before they are packaged by Lowell are simply known by their names "Salami", "Mazowiecki" etc.. Mazowiecki is a cheese made in the Mazowiecki region (Warsaw area), it's a whiteish yellow semi-hard cow's cheese that unfortunately keeps up the traditions of other Polish cheese of being rather bland, the makers themselves call it a subtly mild taste but as a lover of strong cheeses, they don't fool me.
