I love Indian food, but very often, cooking an Indian meal from scratch involve a multitude of herbs and spices I'm not even aware of half the time . So, I like to cheat, and buy myself a jar of ready made sauce. Sometimes, this has worked out well for me . Other times, it's been a disaster, so where does this particular jar sauce fit in ? I'm a huge fan of Indian dishes but find making them myself from scratch a little bit daunting so have found the Loyd Grosman Indian range a real boon to my mealtime repertoire. The Dopiaza is full of flavour - it is packed with intense onions, sun ripened tomatoes, garlic and coriander. It is classed as a medium flavour sauce so has a little heat about it but is not too hot for more delicate palates. If you're looking for a bit more kick then there is a madras version in the LG range.
