Having friends over for dinner, I had prepared a starter and a time consuming main course. Not knowing whether folk would have room for pudding, I decided to buy something ready made. I didn't want anything frozen and have to frantically defrost. Marks and Spencer have a range of wonderful fresh desserts and it was on one of their counters that I found Vanilla Cream and Wild Blueberry Tart.
