Function: have a wonderful moist heat for pain relief and stress relief.
◆ Hot pack should be put in microwave oven when firstly use, heat up in high temperature for 1.5 min. Afterwards, you can heat up 1 min and control the temperature within 50-60 degree centigrade.
◆ Slightly place hot pack in the target part.
◆ When Hot pack's temperature reduce to body temperature, please reheat and reuse.
◆ Heating temperature should be adjust according to different room temperature.
◆ You can also use this product for cold compresses.

Looking in Tesco for something ‘different’ for when I get the midnight munchies, I spotted a display of Hot Pockets on Buy One Get One Free promotion. I grabbed a couple of boxes… tonight I have the munchies. A Hot Pocket is basically a pie, granted it’s a pie marketed as having a very crispy crust - but it’s still a pie. It’s a filling wrapped in pastry, it’s a pie. The beauty of Hot Pockets is they can be cooked ‘crisp from the microwave’ thanks to Maggi’s ‘special crisping sleeve’.
