Advantages: great fun- many ways to eat

Disadvantages: sometimes melts and makes a big mess

Mars Maltesers are one of my favourite chocolates, known for its bright red packaging!

~~~PACKAGING~~~
Maltesers come in a range of sizes:
Mini packs- which form a multipack come in snack size packets.
Maltesers Box- A box full of maltesers for a party or family to share (small and large available)
Original Packet- Just a pack about double of a mini-pack.
I think the range of sizes is great for different occasions. Sometimes its better to get a bigger one to share, more fun, and less mess. The box is great, the mechanism is great, whilst the packet is just original, typical and nothing really new- plain and conventional.
~~~APPEARANCE~~~
Maltesers are spherical in shape, and have a thin chocolate coating over a honeycomb center. They are bubblegum sized, and roll very well on a table!

~~~TASTE AND TEXTURE~~~
There are so many different ways to eat maltesers that each method creates a different taste, texture and feeling.
1. The conventional biting
Biting into it directly after it has been placed into your mouth, it is extremely crunchy and airy. The chocolate might get stuck in and between teeth which is a bit annoying.
2. Savouring the taste
After placin it in your mouth let the chocolate layer melt on your tongue before devouring the honeycomb, which has now softened slightly. I prefer this method, it tastes much better, and has a different texture.
There are many other ways of eating it i am sure, and you can eat it with many different things, ice cream, desserts, cake...? Try it and see how you feel!
~~~PRICE~~~
Maltesers, due to their range of sizes come in a range of different prices, but the original size pack should be under £1 with maltesers boxes around £2-3.

~~~OVERALL~~~
I really like maltesers because they are fun, you can roll them around a while before eating and there are so many ways of eating it! They are not expensive but can last a long time, and make a great choco for sharing with family and friends...
It is especially good for eating whilst watching TV or a film, just exciting, the crunchiness, everything is atmospheric!
One disadvantage is that if and when it melts, the chocolate make a big mess... whilst some like to eat it in a big clump, sometimes the honeycomb deflates and just doesn't taste the same anymore..! So beware!
I would recommend this to anyone!!
Summary: a great chocolate for sharing!
