Advantages: A Perfect Sugar Hit

Disadvantages: I Now Feel Sick

Ok, so I have sat here this evening watching tv and I thought I would open a bag of Maltesers from the fridge, before long I realised that I had in fact eaten the whole lot, so what I hear you say? I did not just eat the ordinary 37g bags but a 135g bag to myself and although it was fabulous I feel slightly sick!

I thought that while I was feeling so sorry for myself I should write a review on how these are so tasty.

Maltesers are made under the Mars Company and have been circulating since early 1930s although back then they were called energy balls.

Each Maltesers is a ball shaped chocolate with a honeycomb centre. They are very sweet, crunchy and stick to your teeth!

Maltesers are sold in a huge variety of ways from different size bags, to boxes, buckets and even included as miniatures in variety chocolate boxes.

All the ingredients and nutritional information for these products can be found on the back of the packaging. Mars Maltesers are also suitable for vegetarians.

The bag that I purchased was from a confectionary desk in my local cinema and was approx £3 but they are sold cheaper in supermarkets and other sweet stores. The bag also had a resealable tape across it so if I had decided to control how many I ate I could have sealed it up for later and kept the "Just Opened" freshness.
