This is one of those very indulgent desserts that Marks and Spencer do really well at making. It is definately one for chocolate lovers as the ingredents are exclusively chocolate based. Apart from some whipped cream the rest of the ingredients are chocolate in one form or another. The bulk of the dessert is provided by a dark chocolate mousse which is quite strong in flavour and then added to this you have, chocolate brownie chunks, moist chocolate muffins, white chocolate pieces, milk chocolate buttons, chocolate fudge sauce and biscuit pieces coated in chocolate as well as chocolate minstrels. Now those nice people at Marks and Spencer’s do produce some very nice desserts and I would imagine that they sometimes have a fair few ingredients left over so I reckon some bright spark in the chocolate dessert product design department (CDPDD which sounds like the latest name for the American Rap artist) struck on the idea of adding all the left over ingredients into a big plastic container and flogging it off as Crazy Chocolate Overload. What you are left with is 400g of chocolate heaven for which I would gladly swap my youngest born, in fact after two weeks in a tent in the Dordogne with the young lady in question I will accept offers of half a portion. ...
