THE PRODUCT ============= A few months ago I was in Marks & Spencer (yes, I just love most, not all, of ... more  ... their food) and came across a ready made red cabbage dish. The red cabbage is in a plastic container which can be cooked either in the microwave or the oven. It also contains apple, onion, red wine and redcurrant jelly. It weighs 300g which is enough for two people but, and this is great for me as my husband doesn?t like it, this dish can last me for two days!
