If anyone asks me, my favourite meal is salad and mash. Great consistency, very buttery, easy to microwave (cant oven it) but something about it just felt too rich for me - the caloris detail backed this up! Great for bangers and mash for the men but possibily a treat for the slimming ladies, especially as it tastes quite stodgy. Try it but Waitroses is much better!
