I have no problem making garlic chicken after all it is hardly a hard dish but my attempts at making Chicken Kiez have pretty much always fallen flat, admittedly I have never bothered to look up an actual recipe instead I just made a couple of assumptions and went for it and have tended o produce overly dry rubbery chicken with no garlic oil left in the middle. Instead I'm quite happy to make do with these Chicken Kiez from Maks and Spencers which cost £3.99 for two portions and each one is large enough and filling enough to feed one person so they are ideal for me and the other half.
