Since I started my Slimming World diet I have needed something very quick and preferably microwavable to eat on Wednesday evenings. You see, I go to Slimming World for 19.30 and usually get back home about 20.30 and my last time of eating would usually be lunchtime (can?t have any dinner before weigh in!). So, as you can imagine, by the time I get home I could eat a scabby horse! Normally I like to cook a meal but as I work full-time and then have to go to slimming class then on it is just not feasible on Wednesdays (yes I know, I should use my slow cooker, I know, I know).
