Mmmmmmmm..... tastes like melted vanilla ice cream but with no fat and 75 calories. Shame you can't freeze it - it would be fab as an ice cream substitute!

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't consider doing my food shopping in Marks and Spencer's mainly because I just can't afford it! I have been in today for two reasons - firstly because it was convenient as Dave still can't drive after his operation and secondly I had £10 left on a £30 voucher that I had been given for my birthday at the end of last year. As you probably know by now Dave and I are following the Slimming World diet plan and finding it really good so I looked in the book giving the lists of branded free foods and found that M & S Count On Us yogurts were all listed there.
