My lovely mam came up to see me in Edinburgh a few days ago, and kind as she is, offered to buy be some food from Marks and Spencer. The food from this shop is fantastic, though unfortunately all of the food is slightly out of my price range, so I only get to shop here when my mam is paying. One of the meals that I chose for myself was this King Prawn Goan Style Curry, which is part of their healthy eating range. This curry contains three large king prawns (which doesn't sound like much, but they're gorgeous and are very large), cauliflower, peas, rice, a curry sauce as well as herbs and spices.
