The packaging describes the desserts as alphonso mango puree, passion fruit and low fat natural yogurt,finished with a smooth mango and passion fruit coulis. Since joining slimming world several months ago I have lost over a stone to reach my idea weight. As you can imagine I am determined to stay at my new weight! Like many people I enjoy sweet treats. Slimming world suggest Muller light yoghurts but they contain aspartame an artificial sweeteners that has been linked to brain cancers. I have reviewed both slimming world and Muller light yoghurt if you want to know more. I was in Marks and Spencer recently and spotted an interesting looking dessert. bit too sweet, not very filling Authentic recipe, generous portions, lots of garlic butter, re-usable cooking tray High in fat and calories, plus rather expensive - but in my opinion, worth every penny The fish isn't raw, a healthy alternative takeaway lunch. Would benefit from more fish; not for those who don't love rice . Fresh fruit, extremely tasty, keep well for a day or two after purchase Pricey for the size of them A delicious fresh tasting salmon mousse, high quality ingredients used throughout It left me wanting more and I can't afford the price tag very often!Mustards in general
