... milk ones, so the price was good, and the bar was tempting-all I had to do was to sit and indulge! First of all I had better talk calories. The bar contains 242 calories and like Bounties they have two little pieces so for just over 100 calories you could have a tasty little pick me up. The bars also have 13.5 g fat for the two of which saturates are 7.5 so better munch with caution here. Bounty Bars are almost the same- so no difference there. Premium Review Marks & Spencer's Milk Chocolate Coconut Bar: These Could Cause Mutiny From The Bounty! (639 words)

I couldn't believe my eyes in Marks and Spencer the other day. I have to admit that I rarely visit the store these days as I think a lot of it is expensive, and with the ready made meals dominating the shelves I prefer to make meals from scratch, so this store isn't my first port of call anymore. Eventually, over a number of visits I would try each of ...  Read the complete review

I make no secret of the fact that I eat a lot of chocolate.....and no apology for it either. I think I am on a one-woman mission to keep confectionary companies afloat during these tough economic times........! But of course the truth is that I eat more chocolate than is good for me, and as a result of that, I am a few lbs heavier than I should be......but on every diet and healthy lifestyle thing you read it says I should be able to control my craving for chocolate by eating just one or two squares of chocolate...... Yeah right!! One or two squares of chocolate? You must be joking - if a bar is there, it is there for eating! Whether a small ...  Read the complete review
