NTRODUCTION Salmon burgers eh! More like fishcakes if you ask me, minus any potato of course. I know what you're thinking; he's reviewing more expensive convenience food again. Can I just say in my defence I am a pretty good cook from base ingredients; in fact I have a fishcake with red thai curry in my repertoire. However, sometimes heating something up is about all I can manage. Good, glad we're cleared that one up. Now can I proceed please?
