In our family we are all big fans of salmon mousse, and this rather surprisingly includes my very fussy son in law and two older granddaughters. So when my daughter saw the wonderful looking Scottish Lochmuir Salmon & Lemon Mascarpone Terrine while spending a £50 voucher on the new M&S Food To Order website she decided to buy it as the centrepiece of the adults' buffet table at my granddaughters recent 12th birthday party. Oh, and I am so glad she did because this is one of the nicest and most upmarket salmon mousses I've ever eaten.
