Normally I take in sandwiches or salad from home for my lunch at work, but today I was simply not that organised......so when I found myself close to Marks & Spencers foodhall, I thought I would nip in and see what I could get, and would consider it a treat...... I didn't really fancy a sandwich, so began to look at the salads, and was taken by a crayfish and mango salad - what actually caught my eye was the pot of coconut and lime dressing that was inside.......a veritable symphony of flavours was beckoning.
